PRIVACY NOTICE

The short version: you can play everything here without telling us who you are. We keep no passwords, run no ad trackers, sell nothing about you to anyone. The only personal data we ever hold is an email address — and only if you choose to give it.
1 · Who is responsible

2 · What we hold, and why

3 · What we deliberately don't do
- No passwords. Sign-in is a one-time code to your email. There is no password for anyone to steal, from you or from us.
- No payment card data. Top-up cards are prepaid codes bought in shops for cash. Redeeming one tells us nothing about how you paid for it.
- No ad networks, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels. The pages you load come from us, plus fonts from Google Fonts (Google may see the font request, as with most of the web).
- No selling or sharing of personal data. Full stop.
- No cookies. Games use your browser's local storage to remember your own install ID and settings on your own device; nothing follows you around the web.
4 · Who else touches the data
Two processors, both under contract, both seeing the minimum:
- Our hosting provider (servers in Europe) stores the ledger and runs the games.
- Our email delivery service (Resend) transmits sign-in codes to the address you gave. It sees the address and the code, nothing about your balances.
Beyond that, we disclose data only if the law genuinely requires it.
5 · How long we keep things
- The wallet ledger is kept while the balance exists, because it is the balance.
- An unlinked install that stays empty and unused is routine data we may clear over time.
- Routine server logs are kept days, not months.
6 · Your choices and rights
- You can play everything without ever identifying yourself — that is the default.
- You can ask what we hold against your email, correct it, unlink it, or have it and its balances deleted: email support@orangerobot.ai from the linked address. Deleting an account forfeits its token balances, so we will confirm before acting.
- You can change your leaderboard name at any time inside each game.
7 · Children
The games are suitable for a general audience and playable without giving us any personal data. We do not knowingly collect an email address from a child under 13; if you believe a child has linked one, contact us and we will remove it.
8 · Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes. We will not quietly start doing any of the things section 3 says we don't do.
