TERMS OF SERVICE

The short version: the games are free, tokens are prepaid fun and not money, cards can only be used once, and if anything goes wrong we would genuinely like to fix it — write to support@orangerobot.ai.
1 · Who we are
The Orange Robot Arcade ("the Arcade") is operated by Orange Robot L.L.C-FZ, licence 2652206.01 (Meydan Free Zone), Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). These terms apply whenever you play any game on the Arcade, redeem a card, or use a token balance.
2 · Playing is free
Every game on the Arcade can be played without payment, without an account, and without a time limit. We do not sell the right to play. Nothing in the games stops working if you never spend anything.
3 · Tokens
- Games use in-game tokens (each game names its own — eggs, cups, beats, and so on). Tokens are prepaid entertainment credit: they can only be spent inside the game they belong to, on things like continues and boosters.
- Tokens are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or goods, cannot be transferred to another person or another game, and are not refundable except as described in section 6 or where the law requires.
- Token prices for in-game actions are always shown before you confirm a spend. Some actions cost more each time they are used within a single play session; the next price is shown before you buy.
- Tokens do not expire while the service operates, but see section 9 on service changes.
4 · Cards and codes
- Prepaid cards are sold by independent shops and distributors. A card's code can be redeemed once, into one game's balance, and cannot be un-redeemed.
- Treat an unredeemed code like cash: anyone holding the code can redeem it. We cannot restore codes that were shared, lost, or stolen before redemption.
- A card must be activated at the point of sale. If a legitimately purchased card will not redeem, contact us with the code and the shop you bought it from and we will put it right.
5 · Your balance and your email
- Without an email, your balance lives in the browser you played in. Clearing the browser's data, or losing the device, loses access to that balance — this is a real limitation, not fine print.
- Linking an email inside a game attaches the balance to that email. Whoever can receive mail at that address can recover the balance, so keep the mailbox secure.
- Daily streak bonuses are a free gift for linked accounts. They carry no cash value, and we may change or end the streak programme at any time.
6 · Refunds and mistakes
If a technical fault on our side charged you tokens without delivering what you paid for — a continue that never happened, a booster that never arrived — tell us and we will restore the tokens. For anything else, email support@orangerobot.ai and a person will read it. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
7 · Fair play
- Leaderboards exist for bragging. Scores are reported by your device, and we may remove entries that are clearly fabricated, offensive, or impersonate someone.
- Don't attempt to defraud the token system, redeem codes you know were obtained unlawfully, or attack the service. We may suspend balances involved in fraud.
- Leaderboard names are public. Pick something you'd say in front of your grandmother.
8 · Age
The games are made for a general audience. If you are under 18, use the Arcade with the knowledge of a parent or guardian — and note that it is they who should decide about buying cards. We do not knowingly let children under 13 link an email address; see the privacy notice.
9 · The service itself
- The Arcade is provided as-is. We work to keep it fast and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and browser games depend on your device and connection.
- We may add, change, or retire games and features. If we ever retire a game for good, we will give reasonable notice and a fair path for unspent balances in that game.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the Arcade is limited to the amount you paid for tokens in the affected balance in the six months before the claim.
10 · Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the in-game link points at the new version. Continuing to play after a change means the new terms apply.
11 · Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Before any formal dispute, write to us — nearly everything can be fixed by a human with access to the ledger.
